"Staff is helpful. The rooms and lobby are modern, have everything you need, and most importantly, they are clean ! Does not have a musty or moldy smell. The Beds are comfy, and breakfast was great. We enjoyed the large windows, and that there are stores and restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay again if in the area. "

"Most of the charging ports and some of the electrical outlets did not work. Accessible room has a very heavy door. They also closed all the fire doors…extremely heavy… for fire inspection, without bothering to let patrons in accessible rooms know and providing a way to get assistance. This left me, as a wheelchair user, in a very dangerous position, and caused pain attempting to get through that fire door. Although I have stayed there multiple times, I will not again. "

The toilet was very nasty when asked about moving rooms they put us into a king when i booked a double queen, i then asked for a clean room that was a double queen and they put us on the 3rd floor which was under construction with a mess as soon as u get out of the elevator. "Very disappointing stay. The hotel is outdated, smelled heavily of smoke, and looked poorly maintained. They say renovations are happening, but it wasn’t noticeable. I would not recommend booking here."

"This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was extremely dirty where I had to go out and get my own cleaning supplies to even feel comfortable in the room. Multiple things were broken or damaged in the room. The laminate flooring is coming up and a roach crawled out from underneath it. The refrigerator was gross. "room was absolutely disgusting. you get what you pay for. the floor was nasty and greasy. stains on the bed sheets and towels. the bed had a couple short hairs that was NOT mine. the bed frame was broken and the nightstands connected to the bed frame broke off when i sat at the end of the bed. the phone wasn’t even connected to anything. just for decoration. never again. very important you check the reviews before booking!!! I Purchased a safe place for her to stay and hotel staff cancelled the room reservation, instead of calling me directly, to inquire further. I am also requesting a full-refund. "The first room I was sent to the door did not work and I could not get in where you put in the key was sent. I was moved to the room next-door, which had trash in the bathroom trashcan from the previous person and broken in half soap on the counter. They advertise free breakfast on Expedia and in the email confirmation I got. They had a breakfast area as well but they told me they don’t serve breakfast anymore. The odor of marijuana in the hallways is horrible."
