"Overall, the Grand Wailea is a great hotel, however, as a guest you feel like you’re just a cog in the machine. We had a great time, but never felt that over the top service / experience that you would expect for a hotel with the reputation that it has / costs as much as it does"

"It would have been nice to have another restaurant available for lunch. The only ones open were Sushi (my family doesn't eat sushi) and the Ama (which was packed). Ko only served at the bar. It was a bit frustrating."

"Room was great. Resort was beautiful. Grounds immaculately maintained. Housekeeping could not have been better. Location to mall was great. Restaurants really good but expensive.
