"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Although online and all the brochures advertise a free continental breakfast there is nothing available. We were promised that it would happen the next day, but there was nothing. The fan in the bathroom did not work and there was what appeared to be black mould at the top near the ceiling. The property was very rundown and stank of weed. It would definitely not recommend staying here."

The staff were incredible and welcoming- from the second you walk in to when you leave, you are greeted with a happy and welcomimg smile from the front staff! Breakfast is basic, salt water pool, laundry on site, delicious filtered water in the lobby and fitness center with a Peloton! We will definitely be back"

"I stay at Grouse usually in the fall for hockey. This was my first time staying in May. The largest draw to this hotel is their hot-tub and sauna. It was not advertised until check in that they were doing remodeling on that area so it’s closed until June. The onsite restaurant is a nice benefit to this place however the walls are notoriously thin at this hotel and the air conditioner does not keep the room cool enough as it’s very outdated. If I had known ahead of time that the hot tub was...
