"Very nice hotel good breakfast but would have liked some brown sauce,staff were very nice and friendly,had the thermal spa experience that was great,very nice roof terrace for a drink with lovely views to the lake,close to some shops and only 15 minutes walk into town has a great stay would book there again."

"Cool guesthouse kind of property. No traditional "front desk" or on site workers but the owners own the restaurant across the street and pizza place downstairs and everyone helps with everything and they are all great. Awesome breakfast in the restaurant and the staff is really helpful and engaging and care. I would totally stay there again. No elevator, and top floor rooms can get kind of toasty in the summer with no ac, but not a big deal for us."

By far the most disappointing hotel stay of our Ireland trip. Room was visibly worn and poorly maintained. Multiple visible stains on bedding, bed area and upholstered furniture (see photos). "We stayed in the hotel on a very, very warm day, so the rooms can get hot and uncomfortable. The staff relocated us to a room with AC, due to health concerns, but in general, there rooms are only cooled by a small desk fan. The staff were helpful and accommodating and we enjoyed the complimentary drink tickets and breakfast."

"Mike greeted us upon arrival and explained the parking. We were given several options for breakfast along with optional cereals, fruit, yogurt and teas. The room was clean. Overall Mike and Ann were fantastic hosts and we enjoyed our stay."

"breakfast was good except for stayed 5 days at breakfast could never get a teapot. no fan in room must have to request one. when asked desk for ironing board said there was ironing room me and my wife over 70 years of age but give me one in room anyway. i was there before same thing happend. only one lift somtimes a bit packed somtimes ox but still a nice hotel parking good food good"

"The rooms were a nice size and bed/pillows were relatively decent. The room had a Nespresso coffeemaker and pods which was nice to have but ours didn't seem to work unfortunately. The breakfast overall we didn't find was worthwhile but they have a large restaurant/bar with lots of seating options which others seemed to enjoy. Parking available but high demand. Honestly having a view of the parking lot provided a lot of entertainment overall given the poor parking jobs and maneuvering required to...
