"I was very disappointed with Paleo hotel, The shower water in the wet room did not drain away, so was always wet and slippery. The window rattled in the wind. I stayed for 2 nights, paid my bill and left really I should have refused to pay for the 2 nights as I left there very sick probably caused because of the problems with the the drainage. The food was not up to much either I wished I had gone else where "

"The Hotel is Nice and stay is Comfortable, but Amenities and Services are Below Average, there was No even a Guest Dental Kits even the small one which is very economical and given to the guests .There was No Shower Caps, No Enough Bar Soap, only a Single small one, Drinking water is issued only Once, Room Service is too Costly considering there is no Complementary services given to the Guests .Except I got Check out late for 2hours which of course in many 3 star Hotels it's Normal...."

The staff are very friendly, but management is questionable, manager (some Sam) always arguing with lady staff (evident from a distance) There is a disco hall on first floor opposite the rooms, loud music, local. "I stayed at the Luke Hotel and Cravers, the entire month of December. I enjoyed the Holidays so much; I was sad to leave and return to the U.S. Christmas was special. with decorations, lights, trees everywhere and American Holiday music playing. Christmas Day: I was greeted with a gift from the staff, the pool, sitting area and Cravers was filled to capacity with children playing and of course Santa Claus was there with candy for us kids. The long established, Kikuyu culture, and charming and hospitable customs, welcomes the World. "
