We parked across the street in the parking garage. The hotel validated our parking so it was about €8. An easy walk to the castle, cafes and cathedral.

The Club House Hotel
The hotel was awesome. The people were friendly just needs a little bit of updating. I know it had the charm of the old look, but it is dated and could use some repairs.

Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel
Rooms were clean but very dated. Amenities were minimal but sufficient for 1 night. My room had an interconnecting door to another room. This has never been a problem for me before, but the sound proofing in my room was so poor, that it sounded like the 3 girls in the next room who were chatting ...
