"There were many aspects that didn’t quite work out. The elevator was broken down, and apparently there was one in the back but no one showed us the way. Our radiator in our room was crazy warm, and there was no way to turn it off. When I went to reception, there wasn’t anyone down there for 5 minutes, and then he proceeded to condescendingly tell me there was a thermostat (there wasn’t). Ultimately he brought us a fan.
If street noise is a dealbreaker for you, I’d choose elsewhere."

"This hotel is amazing! We had a short but excellent stay here! The property is so beautiful, location is great, and the staff were so welcoming, nice, and caring! Joann with the restaurant made us feel like home and we enjoyed her attitude and grace. The food was also excellent. Definitely want to come back and stay here longer! Also the park is close by and so are all the amazing restaurants and sites. "

"Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our rental car and the concierge went above and beyond anything we could have expected to help us. Rooms were beautiful extremely quiet. Beds were very comfortable and room was very spacious.
Location is amazing. Right in the heart of the nightlife with great pubs, restaurants and shopping. Killarney is a very walkable city and this hotel makes a great location as a base to go see the National Park, Mucross, or even taking a drive to Dingle....

"I enjoyed the quaint ambience very much. Our room was a generous size, which we appreciated. The staff were all delightful. We dropped by the pub Saturday night and the musicians were very talented, playing traditional Irish music that had me toe-tapping.
My main suggestion is about food because I am Celiac and need gluten-free options. The options were limited, and I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room for food I keep with me because of the limited menu options I often am...
