"Nice place for a couples stay. Some of the utensils, mugs etc were uncleant - still had food stains and coffee stains. Bathroom was not cleant properly. There was hair on the floor when we got there. Toilet was stained and not cleant properly either. Mattress was not very comfortable either. On the day of our arrival when we were lost and called - a lady answered our call and she said someone would call us back but we never got a call back and spent 10-15 mins trying to find the place at...

"It would be good if they informed you that the unit is a walkout basement unit. Also out key code did not work when we arrived. Answering service gave us the cleaning peoples code that only worked once. day 2 we had to call and get a third code. "

"Amazing hot pool, great staff, another marvelous stay very close to the mountain and plenty of other activities. Laundry room is clutch (coin operated machines, change available at front desk). The wife had an injury and wasn't able to navigate stairs all that well, the front desk was understanding and were kind enough to move our room to the main floor, requiring no stairs, while the elevator was being worked on. New ownership is busy making some upgrades and maintenance and hopefully the vibes...

"This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed here but in the past it was only for a night or two. This time we were there for 5 nights. There were good things and bad, I’ll start with the bad. My biggest complaints were space for clothing, temperature, and the bed. There are two little drawers in each nightstand, but otherwise all storage areas are open. I prefer to have my underclothes in drawers. That’s a preference thing, but nice to know in advance. The temperature was fine during the day but...
