"First arriving to the hotel, we were greeted with a toddler at the front desk sitting on the workers lap. We then had to pause our check in so she could take the baby outside for pickup. The elevator was dirty and had not cleaned. Upon entering the room, first glimpse it was okay. After opening the curtains, the window was dirty. Thought it was outside but no luck, it was the inside. "Absolutely amazing. Staff was so nice. We were there for our anniversary. They brought champagne and strawberries to our room. Food and drinks were amazing. Pool & beach were nice too.
