Deceptively well maintained front entrance and lobby (presumably bc they somehow continue to receive business as a wedding/party venue), but the majority of the hotel is a different story. Extremely dated, poorly maintained rooms with stained rugs, inoperable phones that appear to be serving as ancient relics, unsightly furniture that looks like it’s falling apart, the list goes on and on. "Lovely property near the cliffs of Moher. Quaint Main Street just a few minutes walk. Beautiful location on the falls/river with big bar and formal restaurant that overlooks the falls. While a historic hotel, the rooms have been updated with beautiful upholstery, furniture. Ate at bar first night overlooking the falls. Very good salad and burger with generous portions. Walked to Byrne restaurant/bar for after dinner drink and dessert. V nice place."

"The lodge offers contactless check-in that was seamless, the room was spacious and very clean. It's a picturesque setting just outside the town of Doolin where we had an amazing dinner and enjoyed the Cliffs of Moher boat cruise. The coffee and breakfast offerings in the morning were just what we needed to get our day started. Highly recommend!"

"What a cute little place! Beautiful hot shower after a day trekking the countryside and comfy bed. Many options in town for dinner and packed with locals. Very cute cows across the road and gorgeous views from the window. "
