"Nice hotel and staff. The bed and bedding were of excellent quality as was the breakfast. It was a shame that banging music from the night club next door kept me awake until the early hours of the morning and that kids playing loudly in the hotel’s swimming pool woke me up at 6am."

"Just a quick one night stay before flying home. The stay was very accommodating with an early dinner order as we had an early morning flight. They also provided us with a breakfast to go and transport to Manado airport. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Thank you for a lovely one night stay."

"The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation. However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was). Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp."
