"Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down."

"Our unit at Chateau Ridge Chalet was excellent!! Beautiful place very nice decor and clean. It's only a 10 minute walk from the Blue Mountain village. Close to the Scandinave Spa as well as Collingwood. Also, easy and fast communication with the owners.
Highly recommend this piece.

"Good location for accessing the Bruce hiking trails. The unit was fairly well equipped for the kitchen. The temperature was set at 19C and it was not accessible to change (no remote or thermostat that was indicated in the notes provided prior to check in). Fireplace was also not accessible as per the notes provided. (No remote).
The hot tub beside the swimming pool was filled but only Luke warm.
The duvets on the beds were winter weight, so we woke up often to take the duvet off or on. A light...
