During check-in, there was no clear communication that items in the room—such as snacks and drinks in the fridge—were chargeable. This lack of transparency feels misleading, especially when these items are later billed at significantly inflated prices, reportedly up to five times their actual value, with additional hidden costs.
The situation became even more stressful during checkout. Despite clearly informing the receptionist that I had a confirmed reservation, had already paid, and was running late for my flight, I was told I could not leave until all charges were settled. This nearly caused me to miss my flight.
To avoid further charges, I returned everything I believed might be billable, including sachet coffee that appeared complimentary. It felt excessive and unreasonable, especially when even basic items were treated as chargeable.
Overall, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication, lack of transparency on pricing, and inflexible customer service. I would strongly advise future guests to clarify all potential charges in advance to avoid similar issues."
