"The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the kitchen experience did not meet the same standard. During breakfast, several issues arose: the setup was incomplete, the juice machine was not functioning, and there were not enough plates available for guests. I don’t leave critical reviews, but I felt it was important to share this feedback. With improved training and better preparation, I believe the kitchen team could provide a much better level of service. If they cannot handle customer service, they should reconsider or get a different job. "

"This hotel was very conveniently situated to get to the airport. It had a restaurant that served until 10pm and a very nice breakfast buffet. The coffee was not too good. The staff was helpful. The room was very large and looked like it was new. For being in a noisy city, it was also very quiet."
