"False advertisement. The current state of the hallway and room are well below that of the pictures on the website. The whole purpose of the stay was to celebrate my daughter birthday with a pool party and the pool was under construction- total disappointment. I call to switch too a hotel with an open pool and waited on hold for hours with no resolution. No one with any authors on the weekend. "

"Disappointed does even work as an appropriate descriptor. The hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke, the side doors that should have been secured for safety were always open and accessible for anyone off the streeet to enter the hotel. It was disgusting. "

"The pool was closed and under construction and was NOT clearly stated on the website. The hallways were full of construction dust. The ice machine was covered in disgusting dust and filth. The floors by the vending area had pointy plastic objects sticking up (not sure what they were) that anyone (especially a child) could get very hurt on. The Sunday breakfast was carbs... only carbs. Nothing else. I chose a certain cereal but when I turned the knob, a totally different cereal came out which means they do not clean the containers and just fill up the dispenser with something different when it's getting low and then they mix together. Unreal. Nasty place!"

"Breakfast was probably the best part. Had make your own waffles, cereal, oatmeal, juices, eggs, sausages, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Got there an hour past check in time. Room was not ready. Was quoted 20 minutes, went to the park with the kids and returned 30 minutes later, still not ready. After waiting around another 15 minutes room was finally available. Original room selected on the Hilton app was not given, instead I got a room across from a party room and next to the back door entrance that kept slamming the first night that woke me up multiple times. Pool was nice for little kids and hot tub was a good touch. Was a little dirty in the hot tub but overall it was an ok experience. Wanted to really like it for quick family staycations but it was just ok. Staff were friendly and nothing outstanding or overly negative. "
