"Many stains on the carpets in the room. No tables poolside, room smelled like somebody smoked in it. RAN OUT OF MILK AT BREAKFAST. Overall the place was dirty, windows were very dirts especially in the breakfast area. Eating while looking at these was gross and it just went on. place over charged us as we cancelled our 3rd night. Prostitution going on in the back lot."

"The check-in process at this hotel was simple, quick, and very friendly. It was suggested by the clerk that I join the rewards program, so I did. I travel about 30-35 days a year but I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in 20 years so I decided to join. That was a mistake. Later in the evening after returning my rental car, it took 3 phone calls, and an hour and a half for the complimentary van to get me the 6-minute drive from the airport to the hotel. The van driver wouldn't talk to me about it in the van because of the camera. At the hotel, he wanted to dish the dirt on his boss as the reason he wasn't there and was showing me his log. I explained that I didn't want to be involved in office drama. I went into the hotel and asked for the manager on duty. The lady behind the desk said it was her. After explaining that it took me an hour and a half to get from the airport to the hotel, she offered to credit 2500 points to my account. She told me it would"
