The facility is in a 'not so good neighborhood' but the lighting, completely surrounded by a good fence and controlled entry gate makes you feel quite secure. "Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. "Overall great stay! Perfect location for grabbing the light rail into Seattle. Easy to find, lots of parking, mall nearby. 2 queen room had a great layout - I love when the mirror and sink are separated from the toilet/shower - more people can get ready at once.
