Im rating all one star for one simple raeson. We had a cat with ourselves. The mangager talked to me personaly and showed me a one sentence line in expedia site saying only dogs are accepted as pets. There are bog icons all over the expedia site for the residence saying "PET FRIENDLY". The manger sayed she is on the line to espedia to refund the money. Dont you think only dogs accpted should be showed clearly and bold on the residents site in expedia ? Just asking if its the time to coreect that legally incorect pet friendly icon from the residents site in expedia ? It is misleading and totally not acceptable.

The night we stayed it was extremely noisy. There was stomping above us and those in the pool were chanting/singing and nothing seemed to be done. Beds weren't that comfortable and the television wasn't great. However, nothing was bad or terrible. It was decent for a night.

Room looked clean. Bed felt worn out, wifi connection didn't reach the room, the tv connected to the poor wifi didn't allow us to use any streaming services so we couldn't watch anything but the limited channels offered. The breakfast was the worst hotel breakfast we have ever had. The incredibly small elevator which couldn't hold my wife our sons stroller myself and the one suitcase we had At the same time screamed at you with random noises whenever you pushed the buttons. We will not be coming back

The hotel needs to have a handicap designated spot which it does not. The walls of the room are paper thin. When you can hear ppl above your room walking at 12:30am and you're trying to sleep that sucks. Also, the rooms were okay. The beds were very comfy. The cieling in my room had water damage as you can see their was a yellow stain on the ceiling. Walking distance to mcdonalds, harveys, shoppers etc. That was good. Did not get a chance to go into the pool. Breakfast was okay. Basic breakfast, cereal, toast hars boiled eggs. The cranberry minite main juice was amazing. The shower pressure was really bad. Basically was like light rain hitting you. Main issue was the handicap parking spot and the paper thin walls and ceiling. Hard to get a good night sleep.

The rooms in this property are really well done, especially given the price point. We’ve stayed here on a number of occasions. The current staff aren’t overly friendly (certainly polite enormously enough) or versed in general manners. Big phone users. One morning the front desk person had a cold. He hacked and coughed out into a sink in the staff area, what phlegm he could get up while everyone was eating breakfast. Kinda put you off the yogurt. The night before there were a few older teens congregating in the hall being loud. They were having fun, but it was a hotel, and it was after midnight. I’d called the front desk to ask if they’d do something about it. Ten minutes later the desk person came up and said almost as loudly as they were “Dudes! You need to keep it down.” Then ten minutes later (now 12:50AM) he calls us on the room phone (have you heard the ringer on a room phone?) to ask if it was any better. The following night some woman kept pounding (literally) on the coin return button on the vending machine. Apparently, if you did it enough (which she did) you could get a coin or two. She must have because she did her laundry in the laundry room next to the vending machine. This was before midnight. One hour later we woke up to the same pounding and metallic squeak of the return button so she could pay for the dryer. The front desk has a monitor showing every corner, so how someone didn’t see this person (or hear it) I do not know.

The wall between the rooms are not sound proof at all. We could hear conversations in the room next to us. The hot tub was dirty and smelled like dirty socks. On the plus side our room was very nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was clean but the rooms need upgrading. My shower head was loose as was the tub spout and there were water stains on the ceiling in the shower. The breakfast had a very limited choice of food.

I was provided with a room on the ground floor. Whenever cleaning is happening or people are talking on the ground floor, the sounds get into the room. There seem not to be any sound insulator. Everywhere seems noisy.

The room was clean but the wall is very thin and I couldn’t sleep until 3am since next door was talking loud and I could basically hear everything. Even the dog was barking at 2 am….So if there’s anyone staying beside you, it will be noisy. Just hope people sleep early then all good.

Very friendly and accommodating staff!! Great place to stay close to the hwy and close to restaurants, gas station and all your shopping needs. Easy access to downtown. My kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed a lovely stay!
