"Staff"

"They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine."

"Nice hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff. There is a small amount of noise from truckers using air brakes on a newrby road, but not too bad. We were underwhelmed with breakfast selections. Generally a nice hotel and I would likely return."

"Such a great hotel: we were driving for hours and needed a clean, safe place to stay last minute with two kids. The hotel is modern and very clean, the pool was super fun for the kids and I was super impressed by all the stuff. The front desk people were super nice at check and check out and the lady responsible for serving breakfast was exceptionally friendly, caring and kind. We stay at a lot of hotels like this on road trips, but this one was truly the BEST of them all. The people here made...

"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and stocked at all times. Rooms were very clean and tidy."

"The breakfast area was kept very clean and stocked. The staff was really nice. Emma at the front desk was very accommodating since our rooms needed to be changed because the request didn’t go through from Expedia to have adjoining rooms. They are in the process of remodeling so there is some understanding of the cleanliness. However, if you are going to put guests in a room, it should not have debris in the bathroom. A couple of the usb ports did not work."

"A wonderful family-friendly experience with such kind hosts. They have some ducks that wonder the property and had left lettuce out for use to feed them. The continental breakfast was perfect with warm fresh from scratch muffins in the morning. I would 100% recommend!"

"You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. "Need to check the pool on a regular basis. My husband and I were going to get into the pool but the water was hazy, which made me think the pool was not staff monitored."
