"Area around hotel not the best. Glad we were not there at weekend, but hotel felt very secure. The locked, very expensive , underground parking. Lifts that required a room key to use them gave a good feeling of security. Good aircon , plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed made for a good stay. "The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The mattress was shockingly bad. You could feel and see every spring which creaked pinged and moved everytime you moved. The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess."
