After driving around the side of the building we eventually located the reception entrance, however we were alarmed by groups of intoxicated individuals loitering...

"Our stay at the vine was lovely, Pros convenient right in the centre, Loverly friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, tea coffee facilities. Cons, steep narrow stairs upto the top floor, really squeaky floor boards in the room kept waking others up in the room when getting up to use the bathroom in the night. Second time I’ve stayed and would definitely visit again. "

The kitchenette was particularly useful, with all the essentials provided, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean as well-credit to the Housekeeping team! The shared areas were equally well-maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, especially the lady who checked us in. "Great easy hotel Perf for Alton towers has a really nice pub opposite it which did a carvery has petrol station and a breakfast and Asian cafe also great room was fine no hair dryer tho and small shower not in a bathroom and toilet was in a cupboard "

"Take your reading glasses. There’s no room key, just a long line of numbers written on a piece of paper for you to type into the keypad on your room door. The room was basic but clean and a decent size, the shower was hot (the shampoo is quite harsh) and breakfast was surprisingly good. Ask the staff if you need gluten free bread."

"Breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of choices. Food could run out and delays were experienced whilst waiting for it to be resupplied. They could have been more proactive in that area. "
