Better than the competition

First time staying at the Hampton Inn Kingsville. Stayed just up the street on my last visit. This was a much better experience for basically the same price. It was cleaner, more comfortable and in better condition than the other choice. Will stay here again.

Great one night stay!

Easy check-in and very friendly staff! Room was nice and clean, everything was working. Had a restful night. Breakfast the next morning was good and check-out could not have been easier!! Next time we're in town im sure thats where we will be staying!

Staff was very nice no problem at all there. Room was clean except for fridge. More food choices for breakfast would have been nice. Sausage could have been browned. I wasn't the only guest questioning if it was cooked. When we arrived fridge was not cleaned front desk staff cleaned Before we got back to the room. Big downer was the pool was filthy. Stuff floating in it and dirt on the bottom. My kids were disappointed the pool is always the hilight on our trips. Entrance could also be better marked.

Vending Machines and Ice Machines were broken on 2nd floor, 3rd floor vending machine would not take cash. Breakfast was ok not great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

We had an overnight stay for a bereavement trip. Jennifer, the evening clerk, was very helpful. I had not been able to specify when I booked but we needed a shower rather than a tub. She actually went upstairs to check a room to verify it had a walk-in shower. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a variety of foods. Hampton Inn was a good place for us to take a break from our stressors.
