"The room smelt like mold so bad..air condition was so loud, had to ask them to shut the side door in hall that was giving access to public and should have been shut and not able to be opened to public access.
It was myself and granddaughters so we was scared with it being so close to our room. I have been staying at holiday inns for forty years This is the very first time I have ever seen a holiday inn at this level."

"hot tub did not work pool did not work way too much money for no nice amenities. Breakfast was not all that great. My tv kept going in and out no service. Housekeeping won’t clean unless you ask them too. Terrible experience. Do not recommend."
