"From the moment we entered the property our experience was less than ideal. The staff member at the front desk should not be working in the hospitality industry. She never smiled and only conversed when required to give or get specific information. She was actually rude on a number of occasions during our stay and sighed deeply when having to respond to any questions or needs. Breakfast was very minimal, not what we expect when advertised as being included: 2 choices of dry cereal, toast, 1...

"This was an absolute last resort hotel because I don't like to support companies that work with ICE, which has famously been Hilton. However, driving across the country with pets, options can be limited. Being the last night, it was extremely nice to have a 12pm check out time. "Overall, I really liked this hotel. It was extremely clean, all the staff were very helpful (especially Kim!), and the location was perfect. For anyone unfamiliar with the area, it's 5 minutes from the mall and other stores, right across the street from the Barn and the diner, right next to Dunkin Donuts, 30 minutes from the airport and American Dream mall and less than an hour to the city (depending on traffic). I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in the area."

"This motel looks like it's from the 1970's, but we liked the retro feel of the place. When we arrived to check in, there was a police car with its lights on sitting in the parking lot and a used blue exam glove in the parking lot next to our space (just a little disconcerting!) Both were gone when we returned from our function. Our room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. "Everything was great except that the floors in the rooms are linoleum and need to be cleaned better or with a different cleaning product. The floors didn't look dirty, but they were grimy. After showering and walking into the room, our bare feet were covered in dirt. They were completely black and we had to wash them off again before putting shoes on."

"No fitted sheets for pull out bed- only top sheet provided!? 3 guests, 4 towels; Pool towels would have been a nice amenity in the room. It didn't occur to me to bring my own from own. Also, lobby coffee area opened ~ 20 minutes late Sunday morning. While things happen with staff, the women running around to open could have been more friendly to those waiting."

"Nasty odor. Rooms were dirty the floors were gross. Dirty bathroom with rust. Hallway was dark and smelt like smoke/ hella perfume to cover the smoke smell. Overpriced price where meadowlands is cheaper and way more upscale. Never in our life's had we have to switch hotels due to false advertisement. This place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. We want a refund . We did not stay here!!!"
