"The property was in a great location, right on the beach and near the Sandbanks. Since it was cold and rainy we did not get a chance to use either of them. The building was absolutely disgusting!!! Smelly, very dirty and very old carpet getting to the room. We were very apprehensive of even entering our room. The room clearly was in need of some new The carpet seemed newish, however after entering from the disgusting dirty hall, we were very careful not to walk around in our bare feet. The...

I was worried about the overnight low of 5 celcuius but the duvet was amazing - the bedding was better than most upscale hotel's but with the soundtrack of wind blowing through the marshlands outside as a huge bonus.....just incredible. "Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home.
