"It’s a nice hotel overall. The room is quite small/tight, but I guess that’s the norm in Japan. Besides that, it’s in a good location with a train station right next door. The staff are very nice. They also have traditional Japanese baths which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but that’s a huge plus! The free breakfast was decent. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it to others when visiting the Tokyo area"

"It was nice to get out of the city of Tokyo yet be in an amazing mini city. Had all the amenities that could be needed. Easy to find and easy to access as it is connected to the train station. Massive mall across a green space of the hotel. Lots happening in the green space over the weekends for the community."

"This is a great hotel, but be forewarned the surrounding area is not especially walkable during the heat of summer, unfavorable weather, or if you are carrying luggage. The nearest subway station is Kashiwanoha Campus, and that is quite a walk. I had to take numerous taxis during my stay when I did not have time for the walk to the station. As for the hotel, it is genuinely great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable."

"Check-in was seamlesa, and the stadf was very polite and well-informed. Our room was very clean and the hotel provided useful amenities including a humidifier (useful for cold and dry Japanese winters). Parking was ample and accessible. The mattresses are too firm for my liking, though it seems to be the standard among Japanese hotels. "
