"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. "We were welcomed warmly at Reception and shown where our room was. We had access to a lovely sitting area with comfy couches. Our room was spacious and very clean. Had towels, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything we needed. The price for the room was extremely good value and I would definitely return."

"We stayed here for our anniversary, its a very impressive building, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, large bed, great big soft pillows, air con nice and cold. Only issue was the water pressure of the shower, if you wanted anything other than a cold shower the water pressure dropped so you were basically hugging the wall to get under the water. We did let the staff know this upon checkout. We had drinks out on the terrace overlooking the golf course which was lovely...

I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...

"The website portrays a very well equipped hotel, with functioning dining room, serving afternoon teas, funeral teas, Sunday lunches. There was no food available at all, no evening meal or even breakfast! This place is not even a Bed and Breakfast status, as no breakfast available. This is definitely one place to avoid, especially for the price charged. There was alcohol available provided you wanted top shelf stuff or cider. Will definitely never set foot in this place again."
