"The Schafli is a companion hotel to the Hotel Uzwil which is a good 4*. Breakfast was at the Uzwil, a 10 minute walk but worth it as an above average breakfast in a lovely clean restaurant. The bedroom at Schafli was clean, good sized shower room and functional. No staff on site and seems to cater over business overnight customers. Very handy for the excellent rain service across Switzerland and cheaper than Zurich"

We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained.
