"The bathroom looked like it had mold, the cabinet smelled, and the door did not lock properly ( they did not fix it even when I asked). The pool was nice but other than that there is no appeal."

"The hotel was in very convenient area and the staff was really helpful and kind. Enjoyed the dinner in roof top and the breakfast downstairs , also they arranged a driver to take us to old Cairo before heading to the airport. Yousef was excellent!"

"Amazing hotel to view a close up of the pyramids. The hotel doesn’t have a bar and no were to buy alcoholic drinks in the area. The staff there are amazing. Sam, he was amazing. He has amazing customer service skills and really cares about the guest. If it wasn’t for him, we would have not survived. I trust him, and would return again. The food amazing. Restaurant is located in the roof. **Be advised, if you plan to get an UBER to the airport, UBER drivers will send you a message on the app and...

"The Guest Services team were excellent and the drivers equally strong. Courteous, helpful, attentive and that is refreshing. The team sorting out travel arrangements around the area and transfers were exceptional. My driver made my stay."

"Exceptional view from room terrace. Safe and secure. Perfect location for visiting pyramids. Amazing hotel design inside. Excellent amenities for waiting before check in and after check out. Very helpful staff."

"An unforgettable stay with breathtaking views! From our bedroom to the rooftop lounge, the pyramid views did not disappoint. The newly refreshed rooftop was beautifully furnished and such a wonderful place to unwind after full days of sightseeing. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh eggs made to order, delicious coffee, Greek yogurt, different breads, sliced pound cakes, and individual portions of honey and jam. I especially enjoyed adding a little honey and raspberry jam to my yogurt. The...

"The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful view! However, the property was quite noisy at times, which made it difficult to fully relax. Cleanliness was also an area that could use some improvement. While I appreciated the lovely scenery, a quieter atmosphere and more attention to housekeeping would have made the experience much more enjoyable."

"I liked that the view was amazing, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The short guy that was in the dining room during breakfast was amazing, I can’t remember his name. I liked the whole staff. Mario and his team. The website stated free hotel shuttle service, but I was charged $25. Very close to the pyramids."

"Horrible"

"This hotel is very old and very dirty. It is also unsafe and dangerous. The hotel uses smart locks for all its rooms, and the codes are all the same. The code is simply your room number plus 35. Therefore, you can imagine how easy it is for anyone to enter the correct code and gain access to your room at any time. The hotel is also staffed by dishonest and immature individuals. On the fifth day, the power went out, providing an opportune moment for one of the staff members to enter my room and...

"Staff were very helpful"

"Fue el mejor servicio! Recomendado! Volvería a ir mil veces!"

"We had a 4:00 am arrival and the staff was very accommodating with arranging an airport pickup and easy check in. Breakfast started at 7:00 am but they had food available at anytime from the restaurant/room service which was nice. Breakfast had a variety of items from traditional Egyptian breakfast, to pastries, yogurt, fruit, and cereal. Our group of 5, had 3 rooms and all were clean. The staff were friendly and also were able to exchange money for us which was very helpful! The views of the...
