"Yala Chalets were a great choice for visiting the Yala Safari Park. It was very a quiet location with a great pool. The property is isolated though but offers all meals at a very reasonable cost. The rooms offer comfort & have a rare find of a fridge. We would recommend to other travellers. Great staff who give much attention."

"Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. "This place was a big disappointment! Hotel had canceled our 4 lake view rooms and given them to a big Indian group. So we got 2 terrible rooms with parking lot view with totally worn out madrases! Two rooms were 2 km away! On check out front desk tried tow force us to pay wines we had paid!"
