"You couldn't possibly be closer to public transportation and that's this place's saving grace. The room needed to be vacuumed, the surfaces were sticky and I had to wipe them down myself, there was small trash and detritus strewn around and behind the bed - an ear plug, a child's earring, a gummy bear. The breakfast was fine, though the price seemed high for just cold items. Nevertheless, I couldn't speak more highly of the breakfast attendants, who were lovely and efficient."

"The air conditioning unit is the old-style window installed AC, extremely loud. When it is on, you cannot hear anything, let alone sleep. Fortunately this is early summer and the temperature is not very high during the night without AC. I can only imagine how awful if I came during July-August time frame.
