"The breakfast options each morning were delicious. Highly recommend enjoying the on site Metro restaurant as well. I did not like the shower set up. The large step up into the shower and subsequent large step down were very dangerous. On a minor note, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable."

"Everything was fine… Had 2 different rooms, one had a towel Warmer which didn’t work, & knobs on shower that I couldn’t budge ( told they were new fixtures & very tight) next room was nice but TV didn’t work. We used car to get to royal boat free parking in shopping mall. We went by car to see concord free parking. We parked at bottom of castle and was not expensive. You just have to have your parking ticket stamped in castle. The grounds of hotel beautif
