Fantastic stay with excellent staff in a beautiful location . Comfy beds ,good food and a lovely atmosphere in the hotel Nothing was too much trouble for Jamie the barman - he even located some limes to make margaritas that weren’t even on the menu !

Lovely country hotel

Lovely country hotel with amazing walks on the doorstep. Food was excellent and Jenny was especially welcoming.

A one night stay.made very welcome on arrival.Roim was spotlessly clean and fresh.Staff very friendly and easy to get on with.Beautuful setting in the glen.

Das Hotel liegt abgelegen in einem Tal mit schönen Wandermöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die Küche hervorragend. Dank des freundlichen Empfangs haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

What a cracker of a hotel. We only stayed one night, but from check in to check out, we received a faultless service. The hotel is spotless and room was gorgeous, food lovely and hubby says the best pint of larger he has had in a long time!

Gorgeous lodge

Absolutely beautiful lodge! We only had one night here, sadly, and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious as well, and the views from the dining room are lovely. I would have loved to explore more of the Cairngorms from this location; I bet it would be the perfect place to stay for that too.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Glen Clova Hotel, a very warm welcome on arrival & all of the staff were very friendly & courteous. Special mention to Jenny who was very attentive, hotel is a fantastic base to explore the Cairngorms. Will be back!

This is a hidden gem for those who like a quieter getaway. It was charming, unique, and cozy. The staff were wonderful, the food was fantastic, and the overall feel was inviting. Would absolutely recommend this to people who want to step away from the busy cities.

We had a lovely time at the Glen Clova hotel, it's set in beautiful scenery and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and our room was very quiet. Only thing I would ask for is mineral water in the room because both taps in the bathroom were running warm water so we couldn't pour a glass from there.

My favorite place in Scotland

Staff was amazingly nice. Food was super Room was extra cozy Walk up to Loch Brandy out the back was stunning. I don’t know what more you can ask for

Excellent stay all round

Our stay at the Glen Clova Hotel was memorable in every way - the only negative point would be that the room was very very warm even after opening the windows and turning the radiator off. The staff were particularly helpful and attentive. The food was plentiful,tasty and well presented. A very comfortable stay

Cet endroit est surtout destiné au mariage écossais le week-end. La situation est intéressante au fond d’un Glen. Mais tout cela dépend du temps , car l’intérêt est de se promener dans des beaux endroits. Il peut pleuvoir en ecosse …. Donc dans ce contexte on peut venir en semaine en réservant au dernier moment selon la météo !nous étions tous seuls dans l’hôtel ! Ne soyez pas étonné que l’on veuille vous faire diner entre 17 et 19 h pour que le personnel sympathique puisse rentrer chez lui , que la chambre soit faite tous les 3 jours et que le petit déjeuner ne soit s’souvent prêt qu’à 8h30, d’s l’attente du personnel qui habite loin . Sinon le cuisinier est très sympathique et fait cuire la viande bleue ou saignante ( les bœufs de la ferme de l’hôtel sont bio +++) .

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

Really relaxing stay - the hotel is in a stunning Glen on the edge of the Caingorms with spectacular scenery. The staff were really helpful (all of them) and my evening dinner was great. I regret not staying for longer, but will be back. Only negative (but may be a positive) was the lack of a phone signal - although the wifi was great.
