The hotel was very nice, clean and staff friendly and the food was good.

We booked the Icehotel for April because the prices fall dramatically for the last few weeks. We were a bit worried that it might be a false economy if it was getting a bit tired and tatty at the end of the season. We needn't have worried. Condition was excellent. Fantastic location and VERY friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of easy access parking. Nice breakfast with beautiful views.

Great place to stay in Kiruna, loved the spa!

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, sauna and the room with comfortable beds! Looking forward to a next time!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The chalets were very comfortable, 2 separate rooms and decent sized single beds (some very tiny ones down in Abisko!). Sauna was wonderful! Views in the morning were stunning (we were second row from the front). Kitchen had what we needed and the food in Hotel Fjallet itself was delicious. On the down side, the numbers of the chalets were not marked particularly well and Reception couldn't book us a table for dinner, we had to go onto the website which was faffy but all good in the end.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean kitchen area and great breakfast. We stayed in the hostel building.

My view was spectacular. My day starts with a lovely lake view. Amenities and it’s proximity to the supermarket was really ideal. In house activities was a plus too!
