"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "3世代家族で２日間の宿泊でした。 予約時の対応は最悪でした。車のサイズを確認したところ『そのサイズは停車不可です。キャンセルならそちらからどうぞ』とのメッセージが届きました。そんな事を言われたのは初めてでしたのでびっくりしました。 結局車のサイズを小さくして向かいましたがキャンピングカーも停まっててこれ又びっくりでした。確かに駐車場は狭いですが部屋によっては停められる場所もありました。そこは予約時に表示してほしいです。 部屋自体は満足で高齢者も満足しています。 生活する大体のものは揃っていてほぼ手ぶらで泊まれます。タオル大小も洗濯洗剤もアメニティもありました。キッチンも炊飯器、トースター以外は大体 "

"The checkin process was super simple. They have a tablet in the unit that you use to communicate to their agents. The agents spoke English which made everything that much easier. They answer the tablet everytime and quickly. Wish they had a bathroom upstairs."
