We were walking the Nakasendo Way and had a great time. The autumn weather was great and the countryside lovely. It’s a great way to see some traditional Japan.

トイレ付きの和室を利用しました。子連れにはトイレ付きで正解でした。どこも清潔感があり快適に利用できました。ご飯も美味しかったです。朝食のパンがとても美味しくて、いつもご飯派の娘も喜んで食べていました。ホ テルと違う部分はありますが、とてもリーズナブルですし満足です。わんちゃんも可愛かったです!

Our experience with this hotel was overall good! Staff was kind and friendly, facilities were a little dated and the lighting inside the room needs updating, pure white light is not the most pleasant, however the traditional Japanese bedroom experience was very cool! Beautiful vista, food was great (strongly recommend doing a dinner reservation AND a breakfast reservation) owner was extremely kind and generous. He spoke better English than I spoke Japanese, which made it extremely easy to meet in the middle. 10/10 experience.

Due to COVID-19, This hotel(old Japanese house) recommend to use family to avoid risk from that. I think better to stay April , May, Sep and Oct to avoid high temperature and cold temperature.
