"I count my lucky stars that I found this hotel because it was absolutely perfect. Close enough to the Strip (5 minutes) without the Strip noise. No casino on site so no smokiness. It truly felt like a home away from home. I like how secure the building was (you needed your room key to enter after hours), how nice the receptionists were. We did get upgraded to a suite so we had so much more room than first anticipated. The Murphy bed was comfy enough and easy to get down at night and store during...

"Dated rooms. Hard pillows and 3 towels for two people for 3 day stay. Pool1 is cold and limited days/hours. Not sure why you need three lifeguards. Pool 2 and 3 were a bit warmer. All three pools need to be cleaned of the debris. 1km walk to the strip with some not so nice looking people. Parking was free but spots were a little tight with traffic. We never ate at the hotel. Huge site with 29 buildings but airplanes flying right over top. 6 am was loud. Tv did t have a lot of options."

"We arrived after 4pm, and the room was still not ready. We accepted a handicapped accessible room, which was the only one available. The kids’ got water on the bathroom floor each time they showered in the walk-in shower. The dryer ate my quarters without turning on, but maintenance resolved the issue quickly. Our room keys stopped working on day 2, but the front desk resolved that quickly. The room’s carpeting did not appear to be clean. It would be cleaner if the carpets were removed....

"We were very disappointed in our "4-star" room. While the bathroom was spotless and the queen bed was (a bit too) soft. the rug was old & grimy in the corners. The A/C didn't work well & was loud on high fan setting - at a setting of 66F, our room was hotter than the hallway. The closet was minimal, not enough room for two, & there was no dresser. There was no in-room coffee (how can you take a shower & get dressed & go to a restaurant before your first coffee? Sorry MGM, no points here.)...
