"Stayed at the property and had 2 rooms reserved for me/my husband and our friends for one night, so we could see Donny Osmond (great show, btw) Room was nice and Meshan (front desk morning we checked out) was great."

"We walked into our room and all we could smell was bleach. It caused us to have headaches and red eyes throughout the entire weekend, regardless of how often we showered the smell did not go away from the shower. The bathroom was disgusting with mold buildup. On our last day, we were told check our was at 11, yet when we booked we were advised it wasn’t 12. It was 9 and we were sleeping and housekeeping knocked and opened our doors while we weren’t dressed and proceeded to try cleaning. When we advised the front desk, they provided no solution. The hotel was also extremely poorly laid out and we weren’t given any information or guidance. When we tried to reach the front desk, they were unresponsive. I would definitely not recommend staying at the Aria, we chose this hotel over many others and are extremely disappointed."

"Hotel design makes for a poor customer experience. Room was filthy. Moved the alarm clock and there was hair and unknown liquid. Hotel needs a major renovation update. Very disappointing."

"Bed spread had blood stain, room bathroom smelled of old urine and there was a sewage smell when entering/exiting the casino."

"The rooms are spacious a bit dated. The only down fall was the elevators… so many people waiting to get on the pool and others going to their rooms. Just very busy area!!"

"A main reason for visiting Vegas was to get some pool time with a good book, The constant loudest bass music I ever heard rendered pool use unbearable for us, I asked multiple staff to ask the DJ (in the pool next door) to turn down the volume so we could use the pool but they wouldn't. Even the life guards wore ear plugs but ear plugs didn't help us. I used to be a musician and love music but that volume was outrageous. Also, our room was too cold, uncomfortable, We kept hoping to figure out the thermostat and finally they sent up an "engineer" who informed us there was no heat in rooms in our section of the hotel; wish they had informed us of that so we could have asked for a different room. Will not return to this hotel for these 2 reasons . It detracted from our vacation."
