Yes the rooms were very clean, And yes the staff were very friendly and eager and quick to help. Unfortunately my husband got very sick, however I did not and we realized the only difference was that he ate from the breakfast buffet, so perhaps check the sanitation of the food prep and buffet line.

Nice and comfortable

Simple but good breakfast, the room was comfortable, the parking was pretty big, just the lobby is under renovation, so we had to use the next hotel attached to this one to get there, but in general, good experience
