We were terrified to see how dirty were the dining and lounge area. It felt disgusting to sit let alone eat on the chairs or sofas. The breakfast was very poor and only pork and bacon served and nothing else to offer to this who don’t eat either. The room was decent but the air felt suffocating. Even the staff were not wearing good or clean uniforms. I wonder who the manager for this venue is?! Never again will we book at the place!

Clean, comfy beds, delicious buffet breakfast, close to St. Jacob’s Market. Staff was friendly and helpful. Absolutely love staying at Holiday Inn. Never let me down yet!

Staff was amazing. so kind and helpful. Food was OK. carpets were incredibly dirty in the elevator and around the elevator was dirty. but it was conveniently located and the rooms were clean.
