I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff really made us feel welcome. The room was big, spotless, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the highlights was the friendly owner who even handed out free beer—such a nice personal touch! The restaurant was a real gem, serving authentic Italian food at very fair prices. It’s rare to find such quality and value together. Families will especially appreciate the great playground and toys for the kids, which kept our little ones entertained for hours. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the sauna was a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

We booked the largest room- a family suite- although we ended up with 4. folks only- it really could accommodate 8 in a pinch. This was GREAT! The on-site restaurant was great for dinner (approx 20 euro range) and breakfast was provided- including scrambled eggs- a bit of a treat on our Tirolean adventure. It was a good solid 1/2 hour drive to Kitzbuhel (where we were ski-ing for 2 days)- but WAY more reasonable than staying in KItz. There was a river running right by our suite. I would certainly recommend this for a stay.

Das hotel ist super. Einzige kritikpunkte sind: im Schwimmbad war es uns zu kalt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man auch schon nachmittags einen kaffee oder Kuchen hätte haben können. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem niveau.

Bei der Buchung der Familiensuite muss man aufpassen: Man bekommt nicht immer die Suite mit drei Betten. Falls man die Suite bucht und mit weniger als fünf Personen anreist, kann es sein, dass man ein kleineres Zimmer erhält, aber trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlt. Vonseiten des Hotels gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer untergebracht, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war in einem sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Das Frühstuck war sehr gut und alles war frisch und liebevoll hergerichtet. Der Wellness Bereich war sauber und ordentlich. Die Sauna war top, es gab eine Infrarot Kabine mit zwei Plätzen und eine Dampfsauna. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und es war sehr familienfreundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und bedanken uns noch mal für die Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel mit familiärem Flair. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es gibt einen sehr einladenden Wellnessbereich, der täglich bis 20 Uhr geöffnet ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar nicht riesengroß, bietet aber auch für Vegetarier genug Auswahl. Wir waren als dreiköpfige Familie in einem Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Schlafräumen untergebracht. Die Tatsache, dass dieses Zimmer noch mit Teppichboden ausgestattet war (wohl eines der letzten), stellte für uns kein Problem dar, da die Räume äußerst sauber und gepflegt waren. Zudem verfügte das Zimmer über einen großen Balkon. Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne entspannte Tage und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr freundliches Personal vor Ort und ein toller Chef. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und uns in die italienische Küche des Hotels verliebt.

Das Hotel hat auf den ersten Blick eine sehr hohe Qualität, die leider in den Feinheiten (z.B. Wasserablauf im Badezimmer) Schwächen aufweist.

Super nettes Personal im Servicebereich, sehr aufmerksam! Poolbereich ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Parkmöglichkeiten sind zu genüge vorhanden.
