"We get to our room to find out our bed was broken had to switch rooms. Get to the next room tv not working. Before we leave the toilet back up. We have stayed here plenty of times never experienced anything like this. Not sure what's going on there."

"Just a really great hotel overall. Super comfortable bed, very clean room overall. Classic example of how hotels should be run regardless of luxury class. Wonderful staff and including small details matters. The attached restaurant shouldn’t be missed either, delish!"

"The "breakfast included was what they called a "grab and go." Coffee, hot water, oatmeal packets, no real milk, maybe granola bars. Very disappointing. Had to go to dunkin."

"Terrible communication all around. The owner was very aggressive. The room wasnt available when we arrived, so I spent the next hour speaking to Expedia about refunds. Terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone."
