"stayed here for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience , hotel is very centrally located and only a short walk from the train station and waterfront , rooms were clean and comfortable, staff Fridley and helpful , breakfast was very nice with a good selection of both hot and cold options , definitely recommend this hotel"

"The room was clean, but the daily cleaning consisted of just roughly making the bed. The beauty kit was not refilled in 4 days. Breakfast was really good, but being a base for hiking the service should start earlier - pancakes and cakes were always at least 45 mins after the catering started. We had to pay for toothpaste. First time in a 4 stars hotel where the reception does not provide you with toothpaste and there was not complimentary water in the room. It’s a shame, because it’s a nice hotel but I would rate it slightly less than 4 stars also considering the high price."
