The kitchen had all necessary cutlery, etc, including dishwashing liquid & hand soap. Very much appreciated as not all places have them! Location good - very near to many places to eat. Please note that their cleaning service only opens from Monday to Thursday. If you want to access a good dentist, Dr. Tai, the dentist from Archident on the 2nd floor of towel D is excellent."

"Estabamos alojados en wl piso 38, ha si que las vistas era lo mejor de la habitacion. En general la habitacion por terminar de limpiar, los aseos y baños dejan mucho que desear. Habia una,alfombra con mucha suciedad, se nos ocurrio girar el sofa para ponerlo cara a las vistas del exterior y de allí, salio mugre acumulada de bastante tiempo. A su favor diré que la ubicación muy buena y la habitacion muy amplia y el chico que nos atendio fue muy correcto."

"There was some kind of flooding from the Garbage room next to my room. It stank like vomit and they just hooked up a fan to dry it out but all it did was spread the stink more and make a lot of noise for the whole week. Then the host had the audacity to deduct 100RM from my safety deposit because they blamed me for some spillage in the elevator that was already there when I entered, but never apologized or offered to change my room because of the nasty stink. And then send another 100 RM fine...

"Excellent place to stay in KL: great view, superb amenities, central location, etc. We stayed at floor 109 and had excellent view of the city from the bedroom and bathroom. Got upgraded to corner king room which was very very spacious, with separate foyer, bathroom area, storage area had ironing board, safety box, dyson hair dryer. Enough space on the living room to do work from the desk, and do yoga while facing the sky high view of the city. Felt unreal when you first stepped into the room. Bathroom has super gorgeous and spacious bath tub with modern blind, lamp, water fountain etc, all facing the gigantic window. Park lounge has excellent breakfast. Service was great. Definitely a recommend, especially after the mall and MRT will be open next year"
