"My stay was very good. The location is convenient as well: close to metro, airport and a major shopping centre in a quiet neighbourhood. However almost every night, the fire alarm kept going off. My first night (night of 20 -21 June), we were awakened at 3am and the receptionist (a male) did not provide any details as to what happened and what were next steps. It was as if it was a "normality" when new guests were panicking and were completely in the dark. Please fix your alarms, or communicate effectively with guests when such things occur. It is not normal for fire alarms to go off every night, even in Copenhagen. Except from that, the stay was okay. There's even big lobby and common spaces to work which was a big plus."

"I look for any and every speck and spot, bug, stain and gross thing when staying in hotels etc. I found nothing at this hotel. I was so comfortable and relieved to not be disturbed by any unsightly things. Shower worked well, TV, window, lighting, elevators everything was in good shape. Heard no one until I went out…except the birds, they were noisy. The staff were unbelievably kind, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was better than most hotels in the U.S. and I would definitely stay here again. I can’t think of anything that I would complain about. Maybe a slight suggestion here or there but no complaints. The suggestion is for all hotels, airports and planes to install USB ports, this would help guests with adaptor issues. We all us the same ports for device chargers now."
