"This hotel smells amazing, nice shower and spacious room"

"We stayed 3 nights. Our flight got changed and the team were super helpful when we requested a date change, and his meant a room chance which was totally fine as the accommodation was very appreciated. Our second room was a bit loud, we could hear people coming and going and the plumbing in the walls, not a deal breaker but I bit disappointing. I’d definitely stay here again I’d just make a request to not be in room 101. The general area was super convenient and very quiet, bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Thanks again to the team for being so helpful. "

"We stayed here for five nights and found the room compact but perfectly adequate for our needs. A quick tip for those visiting in the spring: the A/C was not yet activated during our stay in late March and early April, as it isn't turned on until the summer months. Also, if you need to iron, there is a dedicated ironing room located on the 5th floor. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. The continental breakfast was phenomenal a perfect way to fuel up before a day of exploring. The location is both safe and convenient; being next to a federal building limits traffic primarily to taxis, and some of Rome’s best gelato is right around the corner. It’s also within easy walking distance of most major sites."

"Convenient location, short bus ride to famous sights. Grocery stores nearby. Clean, modern and quirky room design. Just hoped that there were hanging bars/hooks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. Breakfast was included and great but hoped that they switched the hot item every day so you don’t end up eating the same scrambled eggs and bacon every breakfast. Other than that, highly recommend this hotel."

"Our stay at this hotel in Rome was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every aspect exceeded expectations. The staff were absolutely terrific. They are warm, attentive, and always eager to help with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the standout highlights was the rooftop bar—an incredible spot with a stunning atmosphere and views, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options. The cappuccinos were especially fantastic. Some of the best we had in Rome. Overall, an outstanding experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome."

"How Expedia rated this hotel in the "luxury" category is beyond me. This is at best a 2-star hotel, as it was missing some very basic amenities, such as a coffee make and there was NO air conditioning service (not turned on until summer, I was told). All this besides the fact the hotel is very near a bad area (Termini terminal) and I was told by the staff to not go there when night falls. Expedia needs to do better."
