"The room did not have a clean welcoming vibe. The room needs a complete renovation.its old snd lacked amenities that are normal in a room. No shampoo, no body wash, no iron or ironing board. The tv did not work , noisy ice machine, top floor I was I. Bottom Room 101, could hear every step taken in room. Telephone not working. The sink had. "Great hotel, nice staff and wonderful location."

"We stay here at least 2 times a year and sometimes 3. We enjoy the amenities and the shuttle back and worth to Graton. There are only a couple of things ….1 the safe hasn’t worked 2 times out of the 4 that we stay, 2 it’s nice to have breakfast but it’s not consistent. Once it will be great and the next time not so much. The staff is always helpful and we always feel safe."
