This property flouts a rigid, unyieldingly, and anti-customer attitude. When attempting to book a stay here using a mobile device, we inadvertently booked the wrong night. Immediately calling customer service we were notified that the hotel refused to budge and would not let us change or cancel. WE WILL NEVER UTILIZE THIS PROPERTY and will actively discourage anyone we can from bringing business to such a poorly run establishment. You have succeeded in your quest to turn people away. May you be treated as you treat others.

The room was cool, clean, and extremely comfortable! Staff was helpful and handled my check in swiftly and with ease. I only had a minor issue and that was during check in the front lobby was going through some type of redecorating or something; therefore made it a little uncomfortable while at desk. But my entire stay was a wonderful experience and I will stay again. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends as well!
