Came to town for a wedding, The Hilton Garden Inn Cedar Bluff was an excellent place. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Roofing and paint were happening during our stay. Roofers were loud and left a ladder up next to our room window(2days).

Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross

We will definitely stay here again when in Knoxville. The staff were superb! Different varieties of restaurants around, beside and behind the hotel not to mention the ones inside. Highly recommend.

Our room was clean and the staff took good care of us. Only things I would say needed attention was the water pooling on the first floor staircase and the pool had quite a few dead bugs in it for it being an indoor pool.
