This hotel was a bit minimalist in the best kind of way. The room (one queen) had a large, well-appointed bathroom with a roomy shower. The room itself was not large, but the storage options and layout were very well thought-out. The pool looked inviting! We were very highly pleased with our visit!

This was by far the nicest hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. They were all so friendly and helpful. All of the amenities were accessible, and I loved how they had the white boards at the elevator showing different local shops, restaurants, and events. I only live 2 hours away, but told my husband we’ll be taking a trip to explore more of Knoxville, and we will be staying here!

My first time to stay at Tru. We loved the room and all it offered and all the free things included- coffee, water, breakfast, cookies! Even had beer taps!😉 Our AC unit in our room was making a very loud and strange noise which made it hard to sleep, but I’m sure some maintenance will fix that. That was the only negative. Will stay at Tru again!

The rooms are great, the only real complaint n it’s not really a complaint is the water pressure in the shower could be better. The clerk when we checked in was lovely n super friendly. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay at a Tru again

Staff very friendly, property was very clean. Breakfast had variety. Room was small, be prepared no microwave or coffee maker for you coffee drinkers. They do offer 24 hr coffee in the lobby as well as free bottled waters, as well as a nice assortment of snack items for purchase. Overall good stay.

The rooms were clean and well thought out with a lot of hooks to hang your bags. Breakfast was great and lobby was very welcoming with TVs and a pool table. I will look for Tru hotels to stay at from now on.
