Best Western Plus Knoxville Cedar Bluff
The room was clean, breakfast was awesome and staff was nice and efficient. The parking lot does not go all the way around the building so it’s not too friendly for people who are pulling trailers. Also our room window faces the interstate and the traffic was so loud. Had we been on the front side ...

Quality Inn & Suites
Staff were friendly, but our room wasn’t cleaned good. When we asked for our floors to be mopped (our floor towel turned brown from the floor when wet) we were told housekeeping wasn’t available.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville West
the room had a lot of wear and tear that wasn’t expected. The bed was scratches up galore on the headboard, furniture im sitting area was worn out & very uncomfortable. There was mold in rhe shower.
