"Room and bathroom were both in poor condition and strong smell of smoking even though it was deemed as non-smoking room. The bed sheet were clean but both queen beds were on metallic frame squeaking and moving on the laminated floor making the sleeping almost impossible. Strongly not recommended"

"The pool was not open though the weather was nice. (The Hampton’s pool was open.)We stayed for 2 days and there was no towel service the second day. Given the price I expected more."

"When we got there the room wasn't ready but the nice lady at the reception desk said we could use the pool, which we did and it was great that we didn't have to just sit and wait. We talked to several of the staff and they were all kind and helpful. One employee filled us in on the fact they are going to be remodeling the whole building, starting on the 4th floor. We didn't know there would be a free breakfast, so that was a nice way to start the day. They all kinds of food, something for...

"It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area"

"Not only did my room (Room 113) have bedbugs (I am covered in bites after less than a 6 hour stay), but the amenities are largely exaggerated at this motel. There was hardly anything available at their “continental breakfast”, and the room was visibly damaged (holes in the walls, a cracked bathroom door, non-working shower, and cigarette burns in all of the blankets). This was a hugely disappointing experience."

"The property could have been better maintained and the room cleanliness was atrocious. The blanket and sheets had stains and some hair was noted in the bed as well. On the bright side the staff went out of their way to make it right. Lastly the bed was way too soft. I hope that they address these issues."

"The hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Got to our room and the bed was a fullsized rather than a king like posted on expedia. Called down to front office and they said they dont have any rooms with big sized beds. (This might be more on expedia than the hotel itself) When we got to our room the toilet didn't work, and had to call maintenance within first 5min of getting there. The next morning on our way out the trash by elevator smelled like it had old diapers in it, came...
